This diptych is dedicated to everyone who has ever felt the full range of themselves.

Not the highs and lows. Not the good times and the bad. Gold and silver - two states that are equally luminous,

equally worthy, equally alive.

Gold is warmth, movement, radiance. Silver is depth, stillness, cool clarity. Neither is better. Neither is wrong.

They are simply two ways of being fully human - and most of us live in both, sometimes in the same day.

I made these for the person who has ever felt guilty for not always being the gold version of themselves. This

work says: the silver is just as precious. The quiet period is not a failure. The introspective season is not

something to fix. It is something to live through fully - to learn from, to draw strength from, to emerge from

knowing yourself a little better.

These two jellyfish are mirror images of each other - same form, different inner world. That is not a flaw. That is

the whole point.
