Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do commissions work?
We begin with a brief consultation to understand your space, desired mood, and dimensions. Natasha then creates a simple concept board (palette, textures, energetic intention), followed by milestone updates during the build. When the piece is complete, you’ll receive final photos/video for approval prior to delivery.
2. How long does a custom piece take?
Most commissions are completed in 6–10 weeks depending on size, complexity, and resin cure times. If you have a specific date in mind (installation, opening, gifting), let us know—we’ll advise on feasibility or create a phased plan.
3. What sizes and price ranges do you offer?
Works are typically large-format. Standard single-panel commissions start at $5,000; large, multi-panel, or site-specific pieces are quoted individually after the consult. You’ll receive a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and delivery details before we begin.
4. Can I see available work now?
Yes. A limited number of originals are available for immediate acquisition. Join the Collector’s Circle for private previews, first access to new works, and select studio releases.
5. Do you ship and install?
Worldwide shipping is available. Each work is professionally crated, fully insured, and delivered via white-glove freight when appropriate. Large pieces include a professional French cleat or museum-grade hardware. We can coordinate local installation through trusted partners.
6. What is the artwork made of?
Each piece layers artist-grade resin, pigments, and metallic elements to create depth and texture. Resin is durable and archival when cared for properly (see care tips below).
7. How do I care for resin artwork?
Dust with a clean microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight or heat sources. For fingerprints, lightly dampen the cloth with water and wipe gently.
8. Can we co-create the intention or theme?
Absolutely. Many collectors choose an intention-setting focus (e.g., calm, renewal, grounding). Natasha weaves this into palette, texture, and composition so the piece carries that presence into your space.
9. Can we co-create the intention or theme?
(Duplicate question from the screenshot.) You can replace this with another common question—e.g., “Do you offer site visits or virtual mockups?” If used: Yes, we can review photos, floor plans, and lighting, and provide simple mockups to visualize scale and placement before fabrication.
