Window into Your Peace

48 x 48 in . Plaster, hand-sculpted clay roses, resin, acrylic . 2025

I started this piece trying out a new technique with abstract roses. Two days later the roses were no longer abstract - they were climbing off the board, fully formed, each petal shaped by hand from clay, each leaf painted individually. I was so absorbed in making them that I barely noticed what was happening.

Then I woke up one morning and realized I was building a window.

Just like that - a frame appeared, the roses arranged themselves around it, and a window opened up where there had been none. The glass is resin, poured and sealed, with that luminous see-through quality that makes you genuinely wonder what is on the other side.

Sit in front of it. Let your eyes go soft. You can travel through that window anywhere you want - a different country, a different life, the version of your story that exists just beyond the glass. And then come back home.

Your own quiet flight. Yours whenever you need it.
